Andrew T. Gilinsky
Andrew T. Gilinsky, CPA, PFS, MBA, CFP, is Vice-President, shareholder and Tax Specialist of Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C., a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc. a fee only financial planning company, and Tanglewood Financial Services, Inc. an insurance and investment product implementation firm, which are headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.
He received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1982, his MBA from Michigan State University in 1987, and his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver , Colorado in 1994. Mr .Gilinsky received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Separately he holds NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Mr. Gilinsky is a Registered Representative offering securities through Royal Alliance Associate, Inc., member NASD/SIPC. Additional licenses include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities. Mr. Gilinsky is also an Investment Adviser Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.
Mr. Gilinsky has been in public accounting for over 25 years and has had extensive tax planning and compliance experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling, construction, real estate, health care, and various personal services. In addition to his tax planning experience at the business level, he has advised hundreds of clients on tax saving strategies and recommendations on the individual level. He has the rare quality that combines a high level of expertise and foresight for not only the corporation or business, but also for the owner or executive. Mr. Gilinsky serves as a co-treasurer and a volunteer special assistant to the President of the King of Prussia Chamber of Commerce on fiscal and tax policies. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
