Eugene L. Breyer

Eugene L. "Gene" Breyer, Jr., BA, MBA, has thirty-seven years of experience as a Human Resources and Labor Relations executive across a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, transportation, retail and higher eduction. He is currently the Director of Human Resources for Cincinnati State Technical & Community College in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Breyer holds degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio. He serves on the Chief Human Resource Officers' Committee, Ohio Association of Community Colleges. He is Co-chair of the Human Resource Committee, Greater Cincinnati Consortium of Colleges and Universities and serves on the Capital Fund Drive Leadership Team, Mother of Mercy High School, Cincinnati, Ohio.
